:) my first post

Hey everybody! :D
sooo... here it is my first blog. At the beginning, I didn't want to make any blog, because I don't really know what to put in it. But one day, my lovely bestfriend who i missed sooo much, NONNY, pushed me to make one. She said the reason was : "SO I CAN KEEP FOLLOWING YOUR STORY IN DEN HAAG!"

hahahaha... so here I am starting my first new blog :P
and hopefully it will encourage me to write more and share my days with you guys ;)

OK, for the first post... let me tell you how I could come out with the name of HALCYON.
It should be pronounced as hal-see-un and it is taken from Greek mythology. Halcyon can be described as a joyful, carefree, or prosperous time in the past. SOO.. basically i hope this blog will treasure my days and moments ;)

Anyway, in the Greek mythology, there's a story about HALCYON. The story tells about Alcyone, who threw herself into the sea after she heard the news that her husband was drown. Her husband's name is Ceyx. Anyway, now she is famous as one of the Goddess who is responsible for all the dreams (that flows on the sea) ;)

well, that's a short intro for my blog name :P
so now let me tell you about today...
I went to school as usual (AND NOT LATE :P), did lab and we got this presentation from a catalysts company. WOW! the guy was awesome in giving presentation ;) and so we heard about our next project which sounds like interesting yet complicated :S
i hope i get a nice group members (crossin fingers)

and today i was feeling a bit weird though. I felt like putting fake smiles at some times of this day. Well well.. but talking and hanging around with friends helped me through it ;)
Caught a movie titled MILK with Adit, Gina, and Faisal. Dont worry, I'll let you know about them one by one from the next posts ;)
OH YEA, the film is great and motivative! It is about a gay activist who struggled for gay's rights in US. It is motivative indeed. Moreover, living in the Netherlands gives me new opinion about homosexuals. We have to accept evrybody as the way they are, don't we? I hope somehow you guys in Indonesia can watch this movie as well. We have to keep ourselves be openminded, right? ;)

i think this is enough for my first post :P i still dont know what to put, but i guess by the time i'll figure it out ;)
